Festival Artists Worldwide appreciates your help with decorating floats this year.  Please take a moment to read this list of DO’s and DON’Ts and share with everyone in your group.  Your cooperation ensures a pleasurable - and productive - experience for everyone.

DO be prepared to work hard.  All jobs are equally important.

DO work only on the float or job you are assigned to.

DO be prepared to get a little grimy.  WEAR OLD CLOTHES!

DO bring scissors with you

DO have fun!

DON’T “sightsee” around the float building.

DON’T smoke in the warehouse - only in designated area outside.

DON’T be wasteful of ANY decoration materials.

DON’T refuse to do any job….they are all necessary!

DON’T bring any valuables with you.  Festival Artists Worldwide does not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen articles.

DON’T take flowers to put in your hair, on your clothes or to save as souvenirs
 --- WE NEED THEM.

DON’T play, eat or drink on scaffolding or climb on scaffolding unless you are given a specific job to do.

DON’T ever move scaffolding.  Your float supervisor will request scaffolding crew to be called.
